Brandon Marzolf discovered his love of cooking early, inspired by his grandmother and mother, both long-time restaurant professionals. After studying at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, he built his career across hotels, fine dining, airport lounges, and senior living. What drew him back to senior living was the people — getting to know residents and creating meals that reflect their tastes and preferences. Outside the kitchen, Brandon enjoys hiking, fishing, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
